Over the course of a year, acting as both a hands-on designer and team lead, I steered the project, ensuring alignment with Toyota's brand ethos while emphasizing a user-first approach. I was in charge of UX/UI for a series of manuals to be used by Adidas personnel globaly and ensure Adidas stores look consistent with each other. Adidas was so happy with the results that management even twitted about it!

Epiphany is one of the biggest strategic consultancies in the world and market research is at the core of what they do. I created a plan, onboarded a team of experts and run the show end-to-end to discover that the future of market research lies within inteligent moderation. A host so inteligent that connects, learns and even chalenges consumers to understand the why behind their desicions.

Designed a mobile first web app end-to-end. It is used by Epiphany to have conversations with hundreds-of-thousands of consumers wordlwide. Clients of Epiphany reach out with strategic questions and Epiphany has quality, intimate, digital, scalable conversations with consumers to inform their strategic advice.

When opening a bank account or signing up for a car sharing service, users have to go throught a tedious screening process. I designed a human-first, white label experience that empowers users to achieve what they want instead of getting in the way.

I led the end-to-end product design for Epiphany's survey composing app, overseeing research, information architecture, wireframing, and final design. Managed a team of designers, worked closely with the product owner, internal and external stakeholders, management, and the dev team. The outcome was a successful product with a expanding user base.

I deliver workshops on product discovery, teaching product design and facilitation of end-to-end processes. ESN invited me for two days of extreme hard work and fun to teach best practices on user experience and user interface design.
