Designed a mobile first web app end-to-end. It is used by Epiphany to have conversations with hundreds-of-thousands of consumers wordlwide. Clients of Epiphany reach out with strategic questions and Epiphany has quality, intimate, digital, scalable conversations with consumers to inform their strategic advice.

When opening a bank account or signing up for a car sharing service, users have to go throught a tedious screening process. I designed a human-first, white label experience that empowers users to achieve what they want instead of getting in the way.

I led the end-to-end product design for Epiphany's survey composing app, overseeing research, information architecture, wireframing, and final design. Managed a team of designers, worked closely with the product owner, internal and external stakeholders, management, and the dev team. The outcome was a successful product with a expanding user base.
